Congestive failure as demonstrated by cardiomegaly and marked vascular congestion with dilated vessels well out into the lungs.

The black arrows denote an area of thickening between the apparent superior surface of the diaphragm and the top of the stomach bubble.  The space between represents pleural effusion.
