If you are looking for an area with four seasons of beauty, a variety of recreational and cultural opportunities, affordable housing, convenient shopping, good schools, and an unsurpassed location within the State of Michigan, then come and explore the Flint community.
The city of Flint, located in Eastern Michigan, is a good place to live and learn medicine. The community and its surrounding area possess all of the amenities one might find in a major metropolitan area, while avoiding the congestion, hassles, and impersonal attitudes often associated with big city living.
The Flint area's proximity (approximately 60 miles) to such major cities as Detroit, Ann Arbor, and East Lansing offer residents a variety of entertainment choices including: concerts, theater, shopping, fine dining, and professional and Big Ten college sports. With a drive of a few hours, residents can enjoy the peace, solitude, and recreational potential of Michigan's north country wilderness.
