Note the small calcifications along the course of the LAD (oval). (B) The same slice location post Lopressor administration shows that this area of Increased attenuation is artifactual, allowing improved visualization of the left circumflex (arrow). There is also improved discrimination of the Subtle LAD calcifications (oval).
