Research

Dr. Aben's research interests fall primarily into the area of imaging informatics.  This interest  including the efficient design and function of the radiology reading station, the implementation of PACS and RIS in the outpatient environment, radiologist efficiency as well as observer performance evaluation. 

He also has interest in women's imaging especially in the area of mammography, breast ultrasonography and breast MRI.
