Fellowship Program

The MRI fellowship at Michigan State University is a one year program and is offered to individuals who have successfully completed their radiology residency. A total of three positions are offered each year. (cont'd)

 

Residency Program

The Department of Radiology at Michigan State University participates in residency education at multiple sites across the southern portion of Michigan. In conjunction with the College of Human Medicine, allopathic training programs are located in Flint and Grand Rapids. Osteopathic programs directly affiliated with the department are located at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital, Garden City Hospital, and at Henry Ford Bi-County / Wyandotte Hospitals. Residency programs at Botsford, Oakwood Southshore, Huron Valley-Sinai, and Mt Clemens Hospitals are affiliated as part of the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine State Wide Campus program. A weekly didactic education series is held in the Radiology building on the MSU campus. The Atis Freimanis Visiting Professor Series brings a variety of well-known radiologists of both national and international stature to campus as participants in these educational days.
